Seminar "Bycatch of cetaceans. Present scenarios and mitigation measures"

On the January 16th to 17th 2010, in the Forte de Santiago da Barra, Viana do Castelo, Portugal, took place the seminar "Bycatch of cetaceans. Present scenarios and mitigation measures", organized in the aimbit of the SAFECEA project – Sustainable local fisheries and promotion of a safe sea for cetaceans" (www.safeseaproject.org). At this seminar the Madeira Whale Museum was represented by the biologist Cátia Nicolau (objective 3 biologist of the CETACEOS MADEIRA II project).
